Hello, here are my store policies. By making a purchase on this website, you agree to the terms and conditions as stated on this page.
Preorders
Purchasing any pre-sale item means that you understand that the item may take some time for production to be completed. Production can take about a month depending on the content of the orders. Delays are sometimes to be expected. All updates will be posted on my instagram (@one.peak_) and you are welcome to message me at any time for any updates!
Shipping
All in hand items will be shipped within 2-5 business days after a purchase is made. If there are any delays with updates to your tracking, please let me know as soon as possible.
Orders will be shipped from the United States via USPS. For international orders, please check that your country is eligible for accepting packages from the U.S. – it is your responsibility to ensure that you are abiding by your own country’s shipping regulations. You can see the list of restrictions on USPS’s Mail Service Suspensions.
All import taxes, customs fees, and/or tariffs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Disclaimer: We will not be liable for any lost or stolen packages after the tracking has been marked as "Item has arrived in destination country" or "Item has arrived at the delivery office in the destination country" We will also not be liable for any fees or taxes that may be incurred on your package.
We are also not responsible for any packages that are returned to sender. If that happens, you are responsible to contact us and make arrangement to reship your item. You will also need to pay for the new shipping.
Please contact your local post office with your tracking number if there are any issues that occur with the delivery of your package.
Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges
All sales made on this site are final. We do not offer any refunds, returns, or exchanges with the exception of if we sent out the wrong item. In the case we do refund you, it will be minus the processing fee.
Address Changes and Combine Orders
We will only accept address changes and combine orders for in-hand orders within 48 hours of purchase. Any changes after this time period may be not be allowed and your order will be shipped to the address on the order confirmation.
For pre-orders, please send your request as soon as you know the new address to ship to.
We will not do an address change if the new address is in a different country.
Please contact me through the contact tab including the order number(s), old address AND new address.
